My Homage to Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec

I had to respond to an art chalange.  It was to create a poster in the style of Lautrec. It was a fun chalange and this was the result.  I wish I had more time to do it.  Acrylic on paper.

I may revisit this one and do it better.

Two Sunflowers oil painting.

Spring is almost here, it is getting warmer.  This inspired me to paint two sunflowers. I painted them on canvas pad.  The paint is rather thick in areas. I enjoyed this stilllife quite a bit.

Woman Oil Painting

I was sketching on my oil canvas pad and did this painting. I used blue, black, and white oil paint.  I painted the background hot pink with acrylic paint.  I belive it is 12" x 9".  I have been sick for a few weeks and did this as a warm up.  There are a few more warm up paintings, not sure if I will post them.

I hope I start painting more regular now.  Work is becoming busy and time is valuable.

What will be left in twenty years for people to do?  I've lived my life and grew up computer free and I am very thankful. I really can't comprehend a life without human creativity, flaws, mistakes, and accidental discoveries.  When will we be obsolete ?

P.S. - I don't care about spelling errors.  I am Human !!!!
