December was a very sad month.  Looking forward to 2024.  May the next year bring some Joy.

The underpainting of my next painting. Oil on canvas.

 I started my latest oil painting.  I stretched the canvas myself.  I forgot how many coats of gesso I used.  There were many coats. I used cheap drop cloth canvas.  I built the stretcher bars myself.

Flower Vase Acrylic Painting.

 

Acylic paint on 9x12in Paper.  4 or so coats of gesso.  I used orange blue and opera rose colors.

Beer and a Shot. Acrylic paint on paper.

I painted this on paper that had 3 coats of gesso.  I find it to be the best way to paint without involving a canvas.  I will scan this on my computer and offer it as a print.  Cheers everyone.  Email me if you are interested in a print.  Thanks.
 

Foamy Beer Mug Acrylic Painting.

 I simple painting using orange and blue compliment colors.  I also wanted to paint a beer mug.  Cheers!
