 Another practice watercolor in my sketchbook.  Trying to paint everyday.  Getting back in the swing.

Watercolor Day, Sketchbook and painting.

 Decided to do a few watercolors.  One landscape and one still life. I think I am getting my desire back.  Its been over a month since I was able to create anything.

Heart with flowers for a friend

Heart with Flowers.

 This is a quick watercolor painting with marker.  I am painting something for a friend who just had a heart transplant.  She picked this design from a tattoo she wants to get.  This is just a study of a painting I will do in the future.  

I have had a very difficult time the past 30 days or so. I have not been able to paint.  This is my first attempt I have made.   To many live changing events since December.  I hope I am out of my Funk and can paint again.

 I started my latest oil painting.  I stretched the canvas myself.  I forgot how many coats of gesso I used.  There were many coats. I used cheap drop cloth canvas.  I built the stretcher bars myself.
